Cancellation Policy

1. Class Enrollment and Fees Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment for the classes is required at the time of booking. Payment can be made via [accepted payment methods]. All class fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our cancellation policy. 2. Class Schedule and Attendance Class schedules are subject to change. Any updates will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starts. Late arrivals may not be permitted entry to avoid disruptions. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling If you are unable to attend a class, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a rescheduled session or class credit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event the studio cancels a class, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. 4. Class Etiquette Please respect the instructor and other participants by keeping the environment positive and supportive. No recording or photography is allowed during the classes unless explicitly authorized by the studio. Participants are responsible for bringing appropriate attire and equipment as recommended for the class. 5. Health and Safety By attending classes, participants certify that they are physically and mentally able to participate in the activities offered. Participants are required to inform the instructor of any injuries or medical conditions prior to class. The studio is not liable for any injuries sustained during classes. Participation is at your own risk. 6. Personal Belongings The studio is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please keep your valuables secured. 7. Photography and Media Consent By attending our classes, you consent to be photographed or filmed during sessions. These images may be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us prior to class. 8. Code of Conduct Participants must behave respectfully and courteously towards the instructor and fellow students. Any disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the class without a refund. 9. Changes to Terms and Conditions The studio reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or updated on our website.
