Cancellation Policy
Ev-E Productions Rental Space Policy Booking & Payment: Full payment must be made prior to the event date. Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis and are only confirmed once the payment is received. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations made 7 days before the rental date will result in a [partial/no refund]. Rescheduling is allowed with 14 days notice, based on space availability. Rental Time: The rental period includes setup and breakdown time. Early arrivals or extended time beyond the agreed rental period will incur additional fees. All rentals must adhere to the agreed-upon start and end times. Space Usage: The space must be left in the same condition as it was found. The renter is responsible for cleanup, trash disposal, and removal of any materials or equipment used. Any damage to the studio, equipment, or property will result in additional charges. Conduct & Noise: No smoking, illegal substances, or open flames are allowed on the premises. Noise levels must be kept at a reasonable volume to respect other tenants and neighbors. Ev-E Productions reserves the right to terminate the rental if there are violations of this policy without issuing a refund. Liability: Ev-E Productions is not responsible for any injury, accidents, or lost property during the rental period. The renter assumes full responsibility for the behavior of all guests and attendees and must adhere to all safety and legal regulations. Equipment & Amenities: Basic amenities such as [e.g., mirrors, lighting, sound system, seating] are included in the rental. Additional equipment (e.g., AV equipment, props, etc.) can be arranged upon request and may incur extra fees. Insurance: For large events or specific activities, renters may be required to provide proof of liability insurance. Termination: Ev-E Productions reserves the right to cancel any booking or terminate the rental period in case of policy violations, disruptive behavior, or damage to property. Acknowledgment: By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms outlined in this policy.
