Cancellation Policy

Weekly Class Cancellation Policy: At Ev-E Productions Studio, we understand that sometimes life can get in the way of your scheduled classes. To ensure fairness and smooth operations, we have established the following cancellation policy for our weekly classes: 1. Cancellations and Rescheduling: 24-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule your class, you must notify the studio at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your class credit. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will allow you to reschedule for another available class within 30 days. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your class payment or credit. 2. How to Cancel To cancel a class: You may contact the studio via [phone/email/online booking system] to cancel or reschedule your class. Please ensure your cancellation request is confirmed by a staff member. 3. Refunds: No refunds are provided for missed or canceled classes. However, with proper notice (24 hours or more), you may reschedule for another class. 4. We will review these situations on a case-by-case basis to determine if rescheduling is possible. 5. Studio Cancellations: If Ev-E Productions needs to cancel a class due to instructor availability, weather, or other reasons, you will be notified at least 24 hours in advance, and you will have the option to reschedule or receive a class credit. 6. Consistent Cancellations: Frequent cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of booking privileges or the requirement to prepay for future classes.
