About the event
"Empowering Twisted Flow" This is a class focused on Classic Exotic flow, tought with my personal "Twisted Fate Method" seamlessly twisting Dance Fitness, Breathwork,Empowering Self-talk, and Mindfulness Living. This amazing combination leaves you feeling exhilarated physically, and mentally. As well as helping develop a method of finding and holding a confident mindset through Dance Fitness. Call it dance therapy! Call it mindfull movement. I call it the secret to taking control of our divine feminine power and LIVING in it!!!! Come get Twisted with me!!
