Kick things off with a 1-hour Twerk Cardio Class where you’ll learn proper twerk technique, build confidence, and master a short combo to bring it all together. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned shaker, this high-energy class will leave you feeling empowered, sweaty, and smiling!
After class, stay for our Tacos & Tequila Social — unwind, connect, and enjoy a post-workout feast featuring delicious tacos, refreshing tequila, mocktails, and vegan-friendly options.
