SOUL RESET: ATMOSPHERIC GONG NIGHT
Join us on Sunday 8/31 from 6 to 7 pm for a powerful gong bath. This special evening of deep sound healing features a 26" gong and a smaller air gong for relaxation.
Nature sounds will play in the background to create a comfortable and safe environment to release and restore. oo
The deep, resonant tones of the gong helps improve sleep, refresh the spirit and reduce stress.
Bring your water bottle. Bring your own yoga mats or borrow one of ours so you are able to melt into the frequencies. Only sound. No stretch or prompts!
