Learn the basics of spinning sling flow. With this fabric appartatus you will get to understand how to initiate and control spins, build up spin tolerance, sling mounts, a few foundational sling moves, and lastly put it together in a flow. Wear shirts that cover the shoulders and armpits (like crewneck) and leggings/long pants.
