Lyra 101: Beginner Foundations
Take your first spin in the aerial hoop with our 75-minute Lyra 101 pop-up class! Designed specifically for beginners, this class will introduce you to the fundamentals of Lyra, including proper grips, safe mounts, basic poses, transitions, and beginner-friendly conditioning.
No previous aerial experience is required. Come ready to build strength, confidence, and learn something new in a fun and supportive environment!
