Hypno'tic Legs is a 90-minute workshop focused on breaking down the fundamentals of strong, grounded leg work. We’ll explore technique, transitions, and control, then bring it all together into a fluid combo that builds confidence, power, and flow.
All levels welcome. Knee pads required. Socks or heels optional.
