Two apparatuses, one flow. FABPOLE combines pole and silks to create a fun, challenging, and creative workshop focused on movement, control, and beautiful lines. Join us for this 75 minute workshop with Sunny. There will be full warmup, breakdown of the apparatuses and cool down.
